Do you have the habit of having breakfast?
For me, I did not have the habit of having breakfast everyday/ regularly.
I will skip the breakfast when I was in hurry.
Erm...no time to have a breakfast? no time to prepare a breakfast? not healthy enough if having the traditional breakfast (eg. nasi lemak, fried mihun)? A lot of reasons for my own.
